Professional Sleep Performance Coaching

SleepFIT Pro is the ultimate support program for your entire sleep experience and is designed to address a wide range of situations for people that need to appreciably improve their facility in managing their sleep.

SleepFIT Pro and all zero-G Life Performance programs are unique to the ZeroGravity Life Project’s Living Octave Curriculum. Each is built from the ground up and is the result of more than 35 years of inquiry, application and performance into the methods and state of mind that create optimal health, performance and well being – all round resilience.

SleepFIT Pro is our highest level sleep coaching program capable of addressing the most complex sleep issues – designed as a “full-time” program modeled on the highly effective zero-G Performance programs.
